Jon's charity mountain ride

Jon Tooby, from Horfield, completed the one-day, 190-mile (305km) Dragon ride in Wales in aid of the Macmillan cancer charity.
The ride, which includes nearly 4000 metres of climbing in the Brecon Beacons, is Wales’s stage for the Tour de France. Jon spent 10 hours 30 minutes in the saddle and burned 7500 calories, raising £1235.
