Open letter from the new head of CST Trinity Academy

It has been a pleasure to meet so many parents and prospective students over the last couple of weeks and to share our vision and plans for Trinity Academy more widely

The commitment and enthusiasm for a new school in the north of the city has been particularly striking and we are very grateful to all those who have shown their support.

We are now entering an exciting phase in the development of the new secondary school and we are pleased with the number of applications received by the closing date of 31st October.

We are looking forward to welcoming our first cohort of Year 7 students in September 2019 and these students will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of the school from the design of the buildings to the choice of uniform.

We will be advertising a number of events over the coming months, including uniform consultation events, spotlight sessions on subjects and extracurricular activities and opportunities to meet members of staff once appointed.

For more information on all of the above and to see the building designs as they become available, please keep an eye on our website or sign up to our mailing list at: www.trinityacademybristol.org and follow us on Facebook: /CSTTrinityAcademy and Twitter: @CST_Trinity.

We will also be advertising all jobs including teaching and support staff on the school website throughout spring/summer 2019. In the meantime I would like to thank you again for your support and to wish you and your families a very happy Christmas and best wishes for 2019!

Eiron Bailey
